Question Sharing a Room?

Got a quick question for you ladies....do any of you that have 2 daughters have them share a room? We are considering letting Emily & Gracie share a bedroom and turning Gracie's room into their toy/play room. Emily seems completely excited about the idea and Gracie says she wants to do it, but as I am an only child and never had to share anything I worry about the privacy issues that I know will come up....granted we don't plan on them sharing the room forever....just while they are young and have too many toys and such....thanks for your opinions.

I have 5 children - 4 of which are sharing rooms (2 girls in one and 2 boys in another). My baby is still with me

My girls ('97 and '03) love sharing a room. I've never heard any real complaints with the exception of my eldest daughter not loving her little sister messing her room up while she's at school

My boys can't sleep unless they are together in the same room.

I think while your girls are little, sharing is a great idea. A whole room full of toys/games!?!?! Who could resist that?

It's been such a long time since I have posted here at The Baby Corner, but tonight I went through papers and came across a baby photo contest print out from The Baby Corner that I put my son through, and was so glad to see the name of this site! I was just trying to remember where I once used to post a lot after my first baby was born, and he's 7 years old already

Now two children later, 2 girls - 4 years old and almost 20 months. They are now sharing a room. Amelia was sleeping in my room for a while (her crib was there), and finally sometime last early September, I decided that Amelia was ready to move and share a room with her big sister. She was just a little over one year old. Meghann loves having a sister in her room even though they are almost 3 years apart.
