I am sitting here at a Panera in tears after reading this NPR story. So amazingly sad but inspirational.

The parents actually wrote a book about their beautiful son. Just amazing. The small snippet doesn't tell the whole tale but still it brought me to tears this morning.

Warning it is a tear jerker.
