I'm very thankful not to be dealing with this right now but with Milo we had those tantrums the first 3 years of his life. I'm guessing he got some of it out of his system fussing and fighting non-stop for that long. LOL!

Now my 6 year old is another story. She gets SOOO jealous of DS and will have fits for absolutely no reason. Like last night I put cream on DS before I put it on her. She was sassing like crazy. 90% of the time she is an angel but when she is upset her mouth is out of control.

She is very behaved in school so I just assume she lets it all out on us. No fun though. She gets sent to her room to cool down almost daily the past week or two.

Parenting is tough some days.

Rarely are they all behaved at the same time. Always has to be one kiddo in a mood. LOL!

Yes--- Josh definitely does all his behaviors at home. He would never dream of being sassy at school the way he is at home. I'm happy about that, but at the same time it's irritating because it shows he has total control over it! He says stuff and I'm thinking "where the he!! did you pick that up???"

Like if I give a warning, such as "Josh, if you don't go wash your hands, you won't be able to come to the table for dinner" he will yell back
"YES I WILL. MATTHEW CAN'T EAT DINNER!!!"

The big thing as of late has been he won't go potty before bed. I tried 1000000 different strategies, and now I just say, "fine. do not ask me to change your sheets in the middle of the night if you pee in your bed. Either get your dad up or sleep on the floor." So far he hasn't had an accident--- good thing since neither of those options are very good!
