Interesting question. For my day job, work is ridiculous, but luckily I'm ending a crazy period of non-stop developing and teaching, and beginning a few weeks of lighter stuff as we wind down to the holiday break. As far as my extra teaching job, I am SO burnt out. I am on the hook for the spring semester, and then not scheduled for anything until next fall. As much as I need the break, I need the $$ more, so I hope something comes up.

On the bright side, the College completed a budget revision and we will be getting our 2% raise, PLUS a $1000 stipend right before the holidays, thank God.

That is awesome about the raise and extra cash Monique! Sorry you are burnt out, take care of yourself, you don't want to get sick.

I hate work right now. I'm not sure what it is, the higher ups just don't get it. I don't know if things are going to get better. The pressure is unrelenting, some days I get a headache thinking about it. I guess I should be thankful I have a job right now but I think I'm going start looking for something else. It's a scary thought since I've been with this company for 15 years!

I hope your able to find something that fits you better. It has to be so hard to go to work and deal with that stress then come home and be a mommy too!
