How is the house hunt going? Any promising leads?

it's not going so well. we found a home we liked and put a bid on it. but had issues with closing cost and fees so we backed out. Since then we have found several that we like but our Realtor wont write us a contract because he thinks they need they wont be approved for our FHA loan because they need work. He's driving me crazy. lol and he is finding us a few house that are not in the city or school district that we want to live in. We really want to stay in the school district we already live in because it is a good district. he just cant seem to find us a house here.
