1 pound ground beef ( or turkey)
black pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon allspice
1/2 spanish onion, chopped
1 cup beef broth
1/3 cup red wine
1 can ( 28 oz) crushed tomatoes
fresh parshley
brown meat seasoned with black pepper
add garlic, onion, crushed red pepper and allspice
cook a few minutes
add broth, wine, tomatoes and parsley
turn to low and simmer until ready to use
