Question How do you cope?

How do you cope with your loss(es) and keep looking ahead? What gets you out of bed in the morning to face another day of remembering your lost one(s) while hoping for the one you can bring home?

you ask god for strength each day. you look at your two sunshines that are here with you now to take care of and knowing that your babies in heaven will guide you to the baby you will have one day. dont give up it will happen just be strong.

thats what i did at least . i knew my son was my strength and i had to keep going for him knowing he needed me the most at that moment.

It's hard but somehow you muster up the strength to keep moving forward. I can't hold my 2 lost babies in my arms but I will hold them in my heart forever! Stay strong, Deanna!

Coping?? Nope! Sometimes I just let myself wallow in the misery.

Mostly I try to complete my promise of loving my family by loving their brothers and trying to fulfill each day for Tommy and Joe. I just figure they will know by the way I love my family here that they are loved.

When I wallow, it's alone and with a sad song on my I-pod in the tub, bed or car or here at TBC. I've assembled a little list of my own "sad baby songs" and I kind of just talk to my heart about "the want" that is still there that is just not filled up yet.

I gotta figure even the bad days are just my love with a little kink in the line. DH says this needs to happen so the right baby makes it to our family like Tommy did after our first M/C -- I think he's full of shit. All babies are the right ones.
