Question How is everyone handling the Holidays?

I've been ok so far. Thanksgiving Day was CD14 for me and I did experience the big O. DH and I are just waiting for the 1st of the year to start with treatments again. I finally got my RE to agree with me that the Clomid does nothing for me, so we will be doing injections along with Letrozole (sp?). We'll see if that works.

I hope everyone is having a safe and happy holiday season. Take Care~~

Hi, Mandi! Congrats on the big O
and getting your RE to change your protocol.

I'm kind of in limbo about the holidays. I'm in the 2ww now. If I get a
, I'll be OK, but if not, I'll be mourning that, plus the fact that my ectopic baby was due Christmas week.

I'm so sorry you have to go through Christmas with that on your mind.

Thanksgiving was okay, I stayed busy most of the time so I didn't think about everything too much. I O'd the day before, hopefully we caught an egg and hopefully it'll stick.
(except we had to DTD at my in-laws' house - eww!!) My only complaint is that AF is due two weeks before Christmas, and if I AM pg and I lose the baby right before the holidays, it'll really put a damper on everything.

Christmas seems to be a difficult month for me. I lost my first on December 11th, so the saddness still taps my shoulder. I know I sounds ungrateful, because I have been so blessed with Marco. However, I cannot help but wonder about my little angels.

for you Jacqui ~ One child does not replace another in your heart.
You can be sad about the missed milestones and life you would have had with your baby angels.
