My cycle four weeks after the d&c, as if the m/c were a normal period. However, my cycles did not get back to normal for a while. I had almost no CF the first two cycles, and the third cycle was my first anovulatory ever. I started bleeding two weeks after AF and bled for 7 days. So my first normal cycle was the fourth one after the d&c. My doctor said I could try after waiting one month. I think a lot of the conventional wisdom that says you should wait longer is more for your emotional healing than your physical healing.

So sorry for your loss.

My period returned last week, exactly 4 weeks after my d&c, I was suprised it arrived so quickly, but also relieved.
