The answer to your initial question.. never..

As you know(because you have 2 beauties already) .. once you get past 1 hurdle you worry about something new..

so.. not long now.. once you see the heartbeat it s one step closer to holding your little perfect baby..

  • I agree with Bethann- moms are natural worriers. I am 27 weeks still worried about this new one. My other 2 I constantly worry about them getting hurt or killing themselves! It just never stops! BUT the U/S should help then I encourage you to rent one of those dopplers THey are $18. a month, I could find the heartbeat from about 8 weeks on with it. It is like your dr's office one. It does take some practice. It gave me such peace of mind. I got mine all 3 times from

  • Jill, we actually own a Doppler that we purchased when we were pregnant with our first loss. We had rented it with both of the first two pregnancies and had enough "rental credit" to purchase it for a small fee. So it's been waiting for me to use it all this time.

  • With Marek I worried constantly until I had my appendix out at 16 weeks pregnant. Once he survived that, I figured nothing could hurt him. With Lukas I worried until I heard a heartbeat.

I can't speak for you, since you've gone through so much more than I did. I think it'll get a little bit easier at each milestone.

There are so many people here praying for you to bring home this baby!!!
