Question Midcycle spotting and lower abdominal pain

Hoping someone can reassure me. I'm freaking out.

Yesterday I thought I noticed my temperature shift, indicating I o'd on Monday. But later in the day, I started getting a significant amount of brown spotting (like day 4 of AF). I have never noticed mid-cycle spotting in the 25 years my cycle has been in existence.

This morning my temperature dropped half a degree to below the cover line, and the blood was bright red and heavier. I started getting some lower abdominal pain, a less intense version of the pains I felt when I m/c in June.

I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow night (finally, after trying all day to get the stupid nurse to call me back)

Has anyone else ever experienced this type of thing when they were ttc?

I've had midcycle spotting and cramping before....the color was a brownish red. Then later in the cycle I've experienced inplantation spotting and cramping.

Hope you find out what's going on sweety.

Thanks. I am really not doing great. It looked like the bleeding was calming down last night, but when I lay down to go to sleep I felt a big gush. My underwear was soaked, and there were even clots. TMI sorry sorry sorry. I woke my husband up with my sobbing. I am so lucky to have him.

Doc says he believes I didn't O, and that because the egg didn't release my progesterone dropped all at once. He did a pregnancy blood test to rule that out (bfn of course) and prescribed progesterone until AF would normally come. So, this month is a bust. This is the first anovulatory cycle I can ever remember having. I am normally so regular. I'm pretty discouraged, but the doctor assures me that this doesn't mean anything and that next month is another month.

Thanks for all your kindness and good wishes.
