Default Need advice about irregular AF...

So AF was not supposed to start until 12/7 (before the loss I ALWAYS had 28 day cycles), and it looks like it is starting today. Could it be an early loss, or is it common to have irregular periods after a d&c, I am really frustrated, not only because it means I am not pg this month, but if my cycles continue to be irregular it puts a crimp on my chances for next month. Should I call my doctor next month if this continues?

Is this your first or second AF since the loss?

My cycles took a little while to return to "normal". Sometimes it takes a little while for your hormones to balance again. However, in the past 6 months my cycles have gone back to irregular (ie: sometimes it's a 26 day cycle, or 28 days and even a 31 day cycle). My RE didn't seem to be concerned about it but then again I have a low progesterone level, endo, and PCOS.

If you are worried, a call to the doctor never hurts. Trust your instincts and your body and do what you feel is best for you.

That being said ~ take care of yourself and keep us posted.

Sorry to hear of your cycle problerms Lara - but sadly m/c, can muck up your cycles for a while. So try not to panic just yet.
As to missing the right time, well so long as you dtd every other day or so, from about CD10 onwards, you should be covered.

Good Luck
