Default do you cut coupons?

Now that I'm done working I find this wierd need to try and save money. I started thinking today about using coupons. Anyone cut and use coupons?

I try to but I also find that I tend to buy things that arn't on my list in the first place simply because I have a coupon... in turn saving no money.

I dont use the coupons. I just have a club card for my market. I will buy some generic items too over brand name but that really depends on the item. Some of them have to be brand

i find it relaxing to cut coupons lol. Bryan brings home the sunday paper and I cut coupons. We don't alwayse use them but we often do. I especially try to use the baby related coupons. I also find myself buying things because I have a coupon but I use them so I guess that I'm still saving money. Bryan is a store manager for a supermarket so he will bring home sale items. He'll tell me what is on sale that week and I'll give him any coupons that apply. Then we'll typically go food shopping maybe once a week or every two weeks together.
