When making your own baby food, how long can it be stored?

Fresh in the fridge for 48-72 hours. I did mine in batches, poured into ice cube trays (each cube = about 1 oz.), popped them out when they were frozen, and stored them in labeled freezer bags. They can be stored in the freezer for about a month (but I always used mine before that time).
