Default Poop

We have to supplement Xaviers food with formula. We are using the similac advanced ready to feed formula.

His poop twice yesterday and once today was almost putty like (you could peel it off him).

Is this normal?

I thought it could be a sign of constipation, but when I called the ped, he didnt seem too concerned. Not sure what the poop should look like.

Thanks for your help.
