Post Soy, here we come

I finally called the ped today because Aislinn is spending more than half of her waking time crying and uncomfortable. After describing her behavior, he said it sounded like reflux that may or may not be related to a cow's milk allergy. So, we try soy for a week. If it doesn't help, we can go back to regular but thicken it a little bit. I hope it works, because my poor little girl is just not having any fun.

I hope it works!

I hope Aislinn will feel better soon, I know how heartbreaking it can be when there is nothing you can do to console and soothe your little one. Sometimes Avery has tummy aches and she cries so much from it, it just breaks my heart.
Good luck with the soy, I hope it helps. At the same time, I hope she does not have any allergies.

I am sorry

I really don't even bother with soy, as it seems like if they are sensitive with cows milk, they are sensitive to that too (plus it STINKS!!) You may want to try lactose free

Good luck...
Keep consistant with what you're trying out though... try not to do one thing for a couple days and another thing for a couple days... give each new thing a good 5-7 days to let her adjust.
I hope she gets happier soon!!!!!

Yes, as I mentioned, we are going to give soy at least a week. The ped wants a call back from us on Weds. to see if there is any improvement. She has been on the "old" formula for nearly 4 weeks, so I'm pretty sure we've given that a good enough chance.
