What books do your little ones have? Do they have a favorite?
Avery has a few Dr. Seuss books, a couple of those "touchy feely" books "That's not my Dinosaur" and "That's not my Monster" and a few "Good night books"
She seems to love the touchy feely ones because they have different textures and that's fun. We also read "Good Night Moon" to her at bedtime every night, and I guess she likes that too. I try reading to her every day and we look at most of her books on a daily basis. I'm trying to raise a bookworm.

We have lots of books -- too many to mention . My family is very much into reading and give books as gifts (we got alot when they were first born & for Christmas). I bought them "My first words" and "My first animals" for Christmas and they love to look at the pictures. I try to read to them each day but it doesn't always happen now that they just like to be on the move.

We have two boxes (milk boxes from when we moved) full of books for both girls, and they are often spread all over the floor. Becca seems to like the touch and feel books as well. Susan always did too, and now she loves to have us read her a book or pretend to read the ones that she has memorized. with the bookworm. I assume then that you like to read yourself? Susan likes to sit and read when both DH and I are reading -- I think she's learning by example.

We don't have very many books... I wish we had more! We have a few touchy feely ones (like animals and stuff) and a bunch of little box shaped cloth books someone bought him. Then a few random books people bought, like I Love You Forever (Real tearjerker... sniff sniff... LOL!) He likes when I read Thomas The Tank Engine books to him though.

Ava has a lot of books, but right now loves the author Sandra Boynton. SHe writes a book called Snuggle Puppy, and Moo, Baa, LALALA. We have a bunch of them but Ava loves those two. We read 3 books at night before bed in her rocking chair and she peaks over the edge to see what book is next when i am done woth each one, its really cute! Never too young to start with books!
