A deer tick is the size of a period on a keyboard. There is a small chance that's what it was if you were able to feel it with your finger. Probably just a regular tick.

you might just call your ped and see what they say. If she did happen to get lyme from the tick it is much easier to treat in the early stages. she would just need and antibiotic.

I would def. call the peds.... and I'm a nurse who don't usually call the peds but I would.
