Default Earache

Friends of ours invited us for dinner tonight. We're there for a half hour and Nicole complained that her ear hurts. Seemed to get progressively worse. I felt bad to leave w/in 2 hours, but they understood. Prob doesnt help that she was extrememly tired as well. She kept asking to go home and to go to bed. Def unlike her. DH mentioned that the side she was complaining about felt warm. I decided to get some drops at the local pharmacies and two of them didnt had any. Another g/f text me and wind up dropping off her Similisan. Shes aweseome! She also told me that I can keep them. Nicole was sleeping on her good ear, so I was able to get some drops in.

I swear, this child has been sick for at least 4 wks. Every time shes better, w/in a few days, the coughing and runny nose starts again. UGH! Doesnt help that this child fights w/ me just to wear a winter coat! >

There is a virus going around that gets in the ears and causes infections. I had it and so did Joseph. In fact he just started the antibiotics for it Thursday when he'd been up all night withpain on Wednesday. I'd take her to the ped soon.

Yup sounds just like me and Joseph. Good luck and sorry about the job. Hopefully something will come your way soon. Have you considered going back to school for something?

Took her to the dr this morning b/c she has a constant cough that kept her up most of the night. She has a viral and ear infection and put her on amoxicyllian for 10 days. I plan on keeping her home at least today and prob tmrw. She has no fever, but the dr said her cough might take a little longer to subside..like 4/5 days. Nicole hasnt been complaining about her ear, so the dr said only put the drops in if needed.
