I am nursing exclusively. Kieran is down to 4 feedings a day now. He nurses when he gets up in the morning, at lunch time before his nap, when he wakes up from his nap and again after dinner before he goes down at night. He has cereal in the morning, lunch and dinner. I also offer him water in his cup between feedings.

Nursing... she has had 3 formula bottles total. no cereal or anything...

She eats from 6-9 on/off.... we nurse in bed

then 1 pm
4-5 pm
7pm
9-11 nurse on/off sleep

I am exclusively nursing! I haven't started cereal or anything yet....We kinda feed on demand...but she is sleeping pretty good through the night...just wakes up once to eat...and then in the morning....she probably eats every 3 to 5 hours...whenever she decides she wants to....
