Default The inspection

The inspection went really well. The house seems to be structurally sound but it does need to be rewired. Since Peter is an electrician that will be our first project. We will be adding a few lights as well, we feel the stairway needs one or two. It has a window so it's fine during the day but it needs something at night. Our next project will probably be a new floor in the kitchen as it's flat carpet and it needs to be wood or linoleum. Other then that we are pretty happy with the place. Once the report gets to me and we've had the chance to go over it; we should be setting a closing date.

Yay! Glad the inspection went well. And how helpful that the major flaw happens to be something that Peter knows how to do.
