When I went to pick Kendall today, her teacher told me they moved her up to the older 3's class. I asked why since she just turned 3 in July. I guess they have some kids that were in the 2 class move up, so they needed to shift some kids so they would still compy with the ratios, so they asked the teacher who in the class she thought would be able to move up. (and coincidentally they all just completed testing a couple of weeks ago) The teacher said Kendall was ready & that she really knows her stuff.

Then I bumped into her new teacher on the way out & she introduced herself and told me that Kendall would have homework tomorrow! I have no idea what to expect, but am hoping it's just stuff like practicing tracing their letters. Her (now) old teacher told me the older 3's class does more workbook type of things to get them ready for VPK.

I am so proud of my little girl, but it comes with a twing of sadness that my lil' princess is not really a baby anymore!
