I'm doing okay i guess...I just really miss her, and having to keep explaining it to kayd just makes it all the worse. It's still just so shocking. I can't believe i will never see her again and i can't believe she won't see my kids grow up, or meet my sisters baby

I just found out last night that a friend from highschool died a year and a half ago. Apparently she had a blood clot that went to her heart. She was only 21

why do bad things always seem to happen all at once?!?!?!

I wish I had an answer for you ...it does seem to happen that way!!! Talking about your mom will keep her alive....remember all the good times ...the times you laughed and cried together!! That is what will help you get through this ...you will never get over it!! Death is a awful thing and isn't fair and it bad things seem to happen to WONDERFUL people!! One thing is for sure.... you will always have an ANGEL close by!!

Oh Leeanne! Going through all the "firsts" without her will be very tough!

It always seems when it rains, it pours. We lost three family members (My Grandpa, DH's Uncle (31yrs old---killed in a snowmobile accident) and my Uncle (cancer, 47yrs old) ) all in 8 months in '94. It was literally one after the other and it was very difficult. I can't imagine losing my mom, and I pray for you and your family! You have another Angel looking down from Heaven, watching over you and your loved ones!
