Thanks! I have been telling her that on monday when she gets home from school we are starting in underwear and she has gotten so excited about it that she asked to wear them today when she got home. This is probably better anyway since it is the weekend and dh and I will prob be stuck home in the snow we are getting here. Wish us luck!! I hope this is it!!

Good luck. I only want to chime in and say that if I had waited for Josh to be "ready" I would have been packing him depends for college. He had no desire to train, and was perfectly content to sit in his pee or poop. 3 years old is plenty old enough and plenty of time for her to be "developmentally ready."
Good luck!
Once Josh was trained, he was trained, but for Matthew (who will be 4 in a few weeks), he still sometimes tries to hide and cross his legs to keep from pooping. he usually makes it to the potty in time.
