Well if you still have any of her jeans that are size 12 months then save them. I did this and now that my daughter is potty trained I cut them into shorts and she fits them perfectly. Now that she doesnt have the bulk of a diaper to hold her pants up, things have gotten a little more tricky LOL

My 3 year old son weighs 34 lbs and can still easily fit into some 24 month clothing. I'd definitly have the head banging looked into though.
