How many of our "preschoolers" are in preschool? Are they going part or full time? How many hours per day? Are you happy with his/her preschool, and will you use it next year?

Marek is in preschool two days a week for 2-1/2 hours per day. He really enjoys it, and I'm happy with it, so he'll go again next year.

Matthew is in preschool, for 3 hours a day 3 days a week.

I am already not too sure if he'll go back there next year. The pros are: location, population (the people who attend the school), dropoff and pickup line (extremely nice for DH who has the baby with him), field trips, parent involvement.

The cons are: DH says it's disorganized there, and that they need more help for the number of kids they have (and for HIM to comment on disorganization is big), the focus is more academic and less social than I would like, developmentally inappropriate curriculum in some ways.

Lincoln is not in preschool but he has been asking if he can go to school for a while now so I might but him in one day a week and see how it goes.

Yes, Nicole is in a 3yr old program, which they just started this year. THey were only taking 10 kids and 5 special need kids. It was a lottery so I put her name in and when I didnt hear from them over the summer, I figured she will have to wait til next year. A week before school started I got a call saying someone dropped out and Nicole was next on the list. We were estatic b/c she desparetely wanted to go to school, esp watching her sister go. She loves it. She def ready. She goes PT..she goes every day for 2 1/2 hours..from 12:30 to 3.
