Default 106 Pennies??????
On Sat. we finally go the letter from Kaydence's kindergarten class. It was a welcome letter from the teachers with an inviation to an orientation next Thurs. (school starts that Fri.) and an list of items they would need to bring with them.

In addition to all the normal stuff (backpack, crayons, kleenex, paper) they specified that the kids would need 106 pennies!

My wife and I are going nuts trying to figure out what the heck the 106 pennies are for!

Any ideas?

Maybe for counting games or math exercises? Although I can think of a lot of other things that would be better than pennies for that.

106 is an odd number to request. I wonder if it was a typo and she meant 100 pennies.

Our daughter had to bring in a good deal of change, but the 106 is odd. LOL! I like Susan's idea, though here the tax is 7%. :-)
