This house is so quiet now!

Leanna didn't get the 5th grade teacher I wanted. I'm bummed about that but my 1st impression of this teacher was good. I still wonder if I should have transfered her to a different school that is rated really high (one of the best in the state) when I had the chance. *sigh* I just have to wait & see I guess. I don't know anything about the Middle School teachers.

I'm carpooling with another parent this year. I still have to drive back/forth 3 times but I don't have to wait an hour between picking up Leanna & Rachel anymore since the other parent will pick up from Middle School. I used to park in the MS lot with Leanna and read or do needlepoint so I didn't mind much but Leanna didn't like it.

That is great about the car pooling. I know exactly what you mean. I had an hour and a half between kindergarten and 1st grade pick up last year. I didn't drink much after noon so I wasn't caught in the parking lot with no access to a potty. LOL!

Hope the kids have a great school year! I can't believe summer break is coming to an end.
