Bless her heart. I imagine that is very hard to try and control even for adults much less a child. How very strange that you know two other children that are greatly affected by this , I don't think I know of anyone.

Good for you for keeping "on top" of the school!! Good for your daughter for being so aware & trying so hard. I'm sure it's not easy.

With all of the allergies, asthma, behavioral, developmental etc issues that the kids have "these days", each class should REALLY have some sort of a cheat-sheet for subs to identify & accommodate kids who might have different needs! It'd be a lot easier on everyone.

I've had to send a couple e-mails to Wes' 3rd grade teacher "reminding" her about things we discussed in his 504 meeting. I CC the school psychologist in my e-mails.

I'd CC the principal & ask for another meeting if things went downhill too...
