Question Anyone's child on Metadate?
If so, what kind of side effects are you seeing? Aislinn started it in late October. At first we didn't see much of anything in the way of side effects, but it did curb her impulsiviity and improve her focus quite a bit. Now we're seeing many more negative behaviors and we're not sure if it's the meds, or if she's having a ridiculously hard time getting back into the school routine, or if she's just going through a phase. Or all of that. We're not having a fun time in our house right now! I feel like I have to walk on eggshells, and that can't go on.

Webmd has forums for different conditions. You should try checking there if nobody here had any info for you.

No but maybe it is that she's just having a hard adjusting to the routine again. My boys have trouble at the beginning of the school year and such. I'd probably also do some on-line investgating or call the dr.
