Default Bee sting

Yesterday was my cousin grad party and Kaitlyn got stung on the tip of her finger. Thanksfully, shes not allergic. This was her first time and was holding my breathe since we were an hour and a half away from home. My aunt made this concotion of vinegar and baking powder(or soda) and put it on the sting for a few minutes. My dad got stung twice while he was in the pool and a little boy as well. I saw them hoving around the corner and really thing theres a nest under their pool deck. My aunt was furious since she paid $300 for the bug guy to come out and take care of it.

Ouch! Poor kiddo. Bee stings stink. It sure does sound like there is a nest/hive somewhere. We had more bugs the year we used a pest service than any other year I swear. It stinks to pay and then still have problems. I think they cover any problems for a certain period of time. Hopefully they can come out and find the hive and get rid of it.

Glad there were no allergy issues too.

I'm glad she was not allergic. One tip we've learned from our Pediatrician. Always keep Benadryl cream in your car / first aid kit. You can put that on any sting or bite and it will keep the swelling and itching to a minimum.
