Default keeping the kids out of the sun today
It is so hot and humid out that we have a heat advisory. I'm keeping the kids out of the sun today. Last night Skye had a really bad headache and her tummy didn't feel good. I think she was getting dehydrated. So today I'm going with a friend her daughter, my Mother and my kids to the Christmas tree shop and out to lunch that is about a 45 min drive from me. I'll let the kids go swimming after dinner when the sun isn't as hot.

Sounds like a plan. The sitter watched the girls yesterday and it was even too hot for them to go in the pool. My mom is watching them today and she wont even attempt to go out. Its going to reach 101*...the humidity is unbearable.

DH works as an auto technicain and he has a device that reads the temp....the floor was 100* yesterday. He said his feet felt like they were on fire...Im sure it will be hotter today.
