Yup - she just said "I guess I don't need to take her with me since she's not getting her haircut. I'll pick her up when we're done so I can bring them home and feed them lunch." No phone number at all. The next time the kids are over I will ask them for their phone number.

On a positive note, there is another girl from the neighborhood who has been coming over to play - she's in 3rd grade. I like her because whenever she comes over, she lets me know right away what time she needs to be home. Yesterday she asked if Nate and I could walk her home because her mom would like to meet me. I thought that was cool. I got to meet her mom and saw where she lived, so I feel a bit more comfortable if Nate was ever to play over there.
