Braedon's best friends father has asked him to be a coach for the football team with him. So Randy has offically went and filled out the forms to be an official coach. He's always helped but never really signed up because with traveling he didn't feel it was right for him to commit to a team and then not be there at times but he's comfortable with co-coaching.



BUT Braedon doesn't want to play football. Too bad , it sucks to be him because he's playing anyway. He will have fun once he gets there. He told me he didn't want to play because he stinks at it. He doesn't but in his mind he's not good. Last year (he had this same coach) he learned a ton and Rusty is a great coach and works great with little kids but he really goofed off a lot with his friends. He was only 5 and we're not ready for him to give up on it yet.

Jeff is Ryan's flag football coach this year too! Practice starts next Monday!

That will be fun! Braedon will end up loving it I'm sure. I agree, he's too young and has too much natural talent to give up so soon. I don't want to force our kids in to anything, but I don't want quitters either.

He loved it a few hours later when he got new cleats and a new football. Spent about 2 hours playing football with Dad in the yard last night.
