grace has breakfast in school and that is either cereal,eggs,bagels one day,milk or juice...before she goes to school she has a glass of milk and some fruit...on the weekends charley makes her an egg,some fruit,milk and juice...since im dieting once again ive started eating before i go to the gym so i usually have a weight watchers smoothie and a cereal bar,ww muffin or whatever else is low in points

I usually make a hot breakfast every morning. I don't mix it up too much....because there are only certain things that I want them eating.

I buy our own grain and mill it myself....and make fresh from scratch waffles about every other day. I use two ancient grains...spelt and kamut both of which are about 30% higher in protein than regular wheat. We sometimes do pancakes...but mostly waffles.

I also make eggs and toast. I make all of our own whole grain bread too. It's super yummy....and highly nutritious.

Sometimes Martin just wants bread with butter for breakfast. I also like for them to eat hot oatmeal. We are working on that.

Sometimes they will eat cereal with milk. The only two cereals that I will buy are the Organic Rice Krispies or Cheerios.

Sometimes I buy organic yogurt. And sometimes they will eat bananas with their breakfast.

They eat chocolate syrup and they like them frozen right out of the box. Pretty gross if you ask me.

Sometimes I will buy Pop Tarts, but not very often. I forsee that changing when Seth starts kindy in August.

Matt likes cereal and usually eats Yougurt cheerios, but this week he is eating Apple Jacks.

Just a bunch of junk, really. I hate wasting food, and they are not big morning eaters.

Uh on this end they eat cereal, waffles, or yogurt. Nothing exciting but it's a meal. We are always rushing it really doesn't help. I started out making hot meals every morning for Edward but it didn't last.

My kids eat cereal, oatmeal or bagels most mornings. When time allows I will make pancakes or eggs.
