Red face What is wrong with me??

It is pushing 5am and I am still up!! I have gotten where I just HATE night time. Mariah used to be put down for the night at 8pm, but for the last week, I let her stay up until she just passes out somewhere on the floor, usually on a pillow. What a horrible routine we have goitten ourselves into I just think way too dang much, and have a lot of nightmares. Maybe I should make myself stay up all the rest of the morning, then tomorrow. By tomorrow night i will be too tired to stay up this late

Oh dear!!
I struggle with keeping routines, here's an idea for you.
Write it all out how u want ur day to go, that way it will all be out of you head, and on paper for u to keep looking at, then u can see if u r at where u wan to be at, if u get that!!

And I'm gonna tell u off for letting Mariah crash on the floor, the first routine I want you to organise is bed time!!! Tut tut!!

OK, telling off over GO TO BED!!

Helen your too funny. Big Hugs Holly I hate when I can't sleep. Tonight before going to bed take a nice relaxing bath with lavendar it helps calm you. I had to do this when I was preg with Skye couldn't sleep otherwise. Also can you have some relaxing music to play when going to sleep so you can listen to that instead of thinking so much.

I used to have lots of sleeping issues my freshman year in college so I can sympathize with you! Hope you got to bed and some sleep. Try not to think too much - find something that relaxes you and clears your mind and off to sleep you go!

I agree with the other ladies. I also agree with Helen that it is extremely important that you get Mariah into a routine. Regular bed time and regular nap time. As well as a good meal routine. I know what it is like to go through that. I went through it and it helped to have the tv on, even if I wasn't watching and I was sleeping. We still have the tv on all night! It used to be I could be in a sound sleep and the second dh would turn it off I would sit straight up! Now it just stays on
