What are your Thanksgiving plans? Ages & Stages

We will be going to my brothers for his annual TG feast. 80+ people expected this year.

I'm cooking several casseroles, some rolls, a dessert or two and whatever appetizers they need me to help with.

Not sure yet. Probably head to town and see the lights and the ginger bread houses. Last year was the first year we didn't go on Thanksgiving.

Going to be our first gluten free Thanksgiving, so I'm compiling recipes to see what kind of stuffing I can make for DH. He's not a pie guy, so I'm going to see what GF treat I can make for dessert. If I can't find anything doable, they sell pumpkin ice cream! LOL!

WOW Susan! That is a lot of people!

I am mostly excited about having Wed-Sun off work!

We are hosting Thanksgiving here this year. Just our family of 3 plus my mom, 90 year old grandma, and my college aged male cousin. Looking forward to watching the Macy's Parade, football, and a traditional meal - turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn casserole, and pumkin pie. My dad and stepmom are coming down Friday and staying overnight so we will do some Christmas shopping and have a big ham meal before they head home. Sunday will be decorating the house for Christmas!

Thanksgiving is always at my house. It will just be the IL's, my parents and my BIL w/ his g/f. Kaitlyn sounded dissappointed that more ppl werent coming, esp one with kids. "well, who are we going to play with?" LOL

Looking forward to a better Thanksgiving this year then last last...remember...I got a bad case of pink eye in BOTH eyes! Horrible. Def want to forget that one.

yeah my brother has his own vineyard / winery.

We have all our BIG gatherings there. He has weddings, catering and everything. Look at the pictures to see it in the process. Very cool to see from the beginning to now.
