Melissa!

Shelley amazing to me how your kids seem to be so compliant. Brooke has always been so aware of what Brent had and Braedon is the same way with Brooke. Down to the sippy cup color and type, plate, type of fork (toddler versus regular) etc. It would be so nice to not have to hear the moaning about these things or fights over cups.

OMG - the closest I've come to complaints/fighting over things is when Rachel decided that she wanted one of her siblings GameBoy Advances In fact, it drove me insane enough that I gave her Steve's He's got a PSP so really isn't complaining too much

Remember that I'm one of the meanie mommies on the board who lays down the law and won't accept any whining about it

Okay, I just wish my kid would eat ANY meat. She would literally barf if I fed her steak. The other day she accidentally ingested a piece of chicken breast and started heaving on the table.

UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Susan, Ili is the same as Brooke. She wants whatever Milo has, even if it is strained peas. :-)

Shelley I think you'd be pretty amazed at how unbending I am but honestly this started from about 6 months of age with her and now Braedon. Braedon will steal any cup of Brent or Brooke's within arms reach and run with it then all I hear is HE GOT MY CUP (from Brooke, Brent gave up the battle a long time ago ). I just do the exact meal thing to make meal times more plesant if possible.

I had to laugh Nichole. That's bad though that she freaked out of a bite of chicken. Is it texture related or taste ?

Hannah isn't a big meat eater, so she gets part of mine. My son on the other hand has recently decided that he LOVES steak and is always asking for it. He gets his own because he eats all of it!
