Joseph has gotten on his hands and knees a lot. I know he's going to take off any day now. This weekend though, I 've noticed that he has been getting on just his knees and trying to pull up. Tonight he got on his knees on the changing table and in the crib. So now he is completely untrustworthy on the table. I also have to know, when should I be removing the bumpers on his crib to prevent climbing? Now, or when he actually is standing? He's also learned how to get into the sitting position from a prone position. He's getting so big. I miss my little baby.

Wow--what a big guy!! I think it's safe to take the bumper off of the crib now that he's starting to get more mobile. It's better to take it off now before he gets super active than to leave it on and find out it was too late.

Way to go, Joseph!! You're such a big boy!!

Way to go! Sounds like you will have a crawler soon! I agree with Deanna - I removed the bumper already due to rolling.

We removed the bumper last night. He woke up at 7 am this morning which he almost never does. I think the nightlight woke him up.

We had to remove J's bumper last week. He is doing the army crawl and pulling up on stuff, I heard him playing in his crib one day and walked in and he had both hands pushing the bumper down so he could see over it! lol So it's packed up in a box among a million other outgrown clothes and toys
