Default Baby food

Man, I was so excited to introduce baby food to Kendall, but it sure does make things messier! Her spit up is now very colorful and if I don't rinse, pretreat, and/or soak her clothes immeditaly it stains them. Not sure how much of her clothes I will be able to ever sell at a garage sale now, lol!

I have been making my own food and it is a lot more work than I thought it would be. So far I have made cubes of green beans, sweet potatoe, & butternut squash. She has also eaten jarred carrots & prunes. My mom has given her applesauce (w/o asking me!) but I have already purchased apples to make my own, just haven't had the time to do it. Hopefully I will have sometime this weekend b/c I have peaches & apricots to do as well.

How is everyone else? Are your lil ones eating Stage 1 foods? Is there anything they seemed to like more?

Athemia is still just on the cereal. She loves it! I'll probably start baby food in a month or so unless she seems to need it sooner.

Braxton loves his fruit but he is allergic to pears and prunes

What baby is allergic to pears of course mine and he loved them. He eats the fruit just in his cereal I am going to start introducing some veggies soon though.

I know what you mean! Sienna's allergic to sweet potatoes

Always has been, they give her a NASTY diaper rash. She's had one now since Thanksgiving bc Mommy forgot and gave her 3 bites of them
