This is the method the majority of the world uses! I've heard of it and thought about it, but ultimately decided that my personality wouldn't work well with it. I don't want to deal with accidents, so I haven't pushed potty learning on my girls in hopes that they will magically decide to do it and that will be the end of it. Christine is 3 and still little interest! I'm about to put her in underware and deal with the mess! She loves underware and puts it on over her diaper

She freaks out if I mention removing her diaper though! So we wait!

Well, I'm going to give EC a shot with the new baby. I'm glad someone else here has used the method and found it helpful. You can use diapers with this method so messes don't have to wind up on the floor. That is what I plan on doing. My son is very interested in the diapers I've been making and wants some for himself at 5 years old! I tell him he's too old for diapers, but I am considering making him some training pants for night night underwear. He liked that idea, but I have to finish the baby's covers before I make any for him.

Brianna is doing great and now she is peeing in the potty when ever I put her on it. She is only 1 and this is great the hard part will be catching her before she poops and getting her on the potty for that. She is not a regular girl but I bet she will do it soon. I want her out of diapers by may. They are to expensive!
