  • We're about 10 minutes from the school. I really like it because I can just walk them there and back, and get my exercise.

How do your children get to school?

  • Brent rides the bus. I work 40 minutes from our house. We live about 10 minutes from our school but that's 10 minutes highway driving it's probably 5 miles. The bus picks him up at 7 AM , my dh waits with him for the bus and I take the other 2 to daycare and we leave at 6:30 AM.

  • our kids used to ride their bikes and that wasnt cool enough so then they starteeed to ride their skateboards and stash them at a friends house till they got stolen now we drive them to school cuz i told them they are not allowed to ride their new skateboards to school especially since skate boards arent allowed there.

  • we're in the walking zone for our school - it's 2 blocks away.
So, on the days when I don't have to drop off the preschooler at the same time, we walk. Rain, wind, or rain - we're walking.
