So, instead of buying the new baby a crib (Ryan Anthony...it still is amazing that we are having a boy!) we decided to get Hope new furniture instead. Her crib was DH"s nephew Harley's (who passed away at 2 1/2) and doesn't convert to a toddler bed. We figured she would need a toddler bed first, so why not by her the new lifetime crib. Also, this means baby Ryan will ALSO get to use Harley's crib- which is very special. We also bought Hope a new dresser and chest of drawers to match the new crib because the crib is white. I absolutely LOVE this crib/bed! The scalloped edge is SO pretty- Hope has white shutter closet doors so the white will look very pretty (and very girly hehe) in her room.


 


I am a little worried about the white finish being durable, but my mom brought up a good point- she says when it gets dinged up it will just look "shabby chic" and "antiqued"...I like the way she thinks!!

WOW what a great price!!! Now tell me....Does it have everything you need to convert it from crib - toddler then to full? Or will you have to buy more parts? I love it. I would love to have it for Presley.
