Default I have become a great cook!

HA! Not really! My PTA friends hooked me up with this concept. It's called Dream Dinners and you go in once a month and prepare meals to freeze. Then you take them out, thaw them and pop them in the oven. Instant delicious dinner! I don't make one every night but they really come in handy. My girlfriend and I spilt each month, so she gets six dinners and I get six dinners. I can split each dinner into 2, so I get 12 dinners for the cost of six. Hope that makes sense.

Here's the deal:

Wow what a great concept!
There's one not too far from me, I may try it with a friend who lives near by.

Man what a great idea! I looked at the website, there's not one near me. In the "coming soon" there's one that is about 45 minutes away, is it worth the drive?

Also, I couldn't see the cost anywhere, how much is it?

Most dinners are around $16-$18 a piece. I spilt them so we are talking $8-$9 roughly. I drive 30 minutes to get to mine....

Seems like a fancy version of Once a Month Cooking- cooking and freezing 30meals at once, or a meal exchange club-cooking and freezing as many copies of the same meal as participants, then you exchange frozen meals. I love having meals in the freezer. I did enough for 3 month when Sophie was born. I only got a few in this time around though.
