  • Leanna & her DD are best friends. I'm going to be very lonely without her.

Her escrow closes in 2 wks.

What can I do for her? I don't have any pics of us or I'd have one framed.

  • It's so sad when friends move away. When we moved to Sacramento, I moved away from a couple of very dear friends. Even though we're only a couple of hours apart, we never seem to have time to get together. Email is a great way to stay connected though.

  • Have the girls write a homemade book or made something for her. When Emma's best friend moved out of our neighborhood, we got something personalized that said, "Courtney and Emma-best friends forever" so she would always see it on her dresser.

  • That is a cute idea Jan. If I'd thought ahead I would have had Leanna make a frame at Paint-a-Dream. I've been there so many times I don't know why I didn't think of it before now. I did find out where I can get a wooden picture frame kit that can be decorated (A Melissa & Doug kit) so I think I'll buy 2 of those & let the girls decorate them & take a picture of them. Maybe I'll get a gift cert from someplace for my friend.
