Default Mycoplasma Pneumonia

My girl is sick. She never gets sick and she is just pitiful. Being the nurse I am, I am not quick to jump on the medicine or the doctor, however, I called into work today and took her to the clinic because she feels so bad. Her mycoplasma test was actually negative and her white count wasn't up but that is what the nurse practitioner (who I used to work with!) said always happens and that she would almost guarantee in 3 days it would be positive. So she's on antibiotics for the first time. I'm also treating her with dimatapp for congestion and tylenol/motrin for her fever.

Poor baby! Good for you that she's been healthy all this time. Lukas has had a few pretty serious illnesses.

Man! That sucks. Joseph got alot of fevers and ear infectons last year when he had to go to daycare but hasn't had anything earth-shattering. I hope she gets better fast and the antibiotics do the job.

Oh, poor thing! Hopefully she starts feeling better soon, but until then I hope you enjoy the cuddling! (at least that is how Kendall is when she is sick)

Hope she feels better soon! It's great she's gone all this time without needing anything.
