For the 3rd time in 3 weeks. We went Friday, then Thursday and now will be going Tuesday. Poor ds has a terrible cold and cough (with 2 ear infections) and his cough seems to be getting worse-it is definitely not getting any better anyway. The doc said to do breathing treatments if needed to get him over it and after 5 days of doing 2 treatments a day he was wheezing pretty badly tonight. His cough sounds very "junky" so I hope it is nothing serious. He is on antibiotics for his ears, so I guess it must just be a nasty viral infection.
Wish us luck! At least it is warm out now and there is no snow in the forcast!

Oh poor guy! I hope they can shed some light. Every time I've thought Kendall's coughs were something that mediciation was needed, they always told they were clear and it was just a cough, nothing we could do. Trying to fall asleep listening to her cough is just about impossible! You just want some majic potion to make all their ailments go away.

I know- I am torn between taking him and waiting another day. He is actually not coughing too much but when he does it sounds terrible. And between coughs his breathing sounds bad. Ugh. I guess I just talked myself into going today.

I fought him in and he is actually doing much better. Luckily his chest was not congested, the doc said he has so much nasal congestion it was still just dripping and making him sound worse than he was. He has actually stopped coughing now and is pretty much all better.

The doc did give us a prescription for inhaled saline for the neb that has been helping his congestion. I just wish this stupid tooth would come in already- I think that is where all the congestion is coming from!
