Dog Food EASY ONE SKILLET MEAL
(this is a much better alternantive to Hamb. Helper, my mom used to make a variation of this when I was a kid. We didn't know what to call it so we called it dog food because it looked a little like kibble.)

1 lb. Ground beef(or turkey)
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilles
1 can corn drained
1 pack lipton beef rice(or your choice)

brown meat, drain, add water according to rice package(2 cups if you use lipton) directions, add corn and tomatoes and rice. Mix it up, bring to a boil, cover and simmer according to rice package directions(7 minutes if Lipton)
sometimes I add sr. cream after cooking but I perfer it without

be creative if you want and add or omit whatever you think sounds good to you.

(I actually cooked this last night and it was to die for!!!!)

Chicken Breast with Honey-Basamic Glaze

1 1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 sp table salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp olive oil
1 lb uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp basamic vinegar
2 tbsp honey

Combine first three ingredients; sprinkle over both sides of chicken.

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 7-8 minutes on each side or until chicken is done.

Transfer chicken to platter; keep warm. Reduce heat to medium-low head. Add vinegar and honey to pan. Simmer 1 min or until glaze thickens; stir constantly. Pour glaze over chicken.

Yields: 4 servings

take home and open package
place 2 poptarts in toaster...set to 3 on the dial
grab a papertowel and grab hot pastries
take a bite knowing good and well that it is hot and make that weird face as if you are trying to blow on it to cool it off, but it is already down your throat.
