I just made this and it's sooo yummy!!!!

Taco Dip
1lb ground beef
1pkg shredded cheese (i used a fiesta blend}
1 cream cheese
1 small-med tub of sour cream
taco seasoning
olives
jalepenos
1 jar of salsa or taco sauce
tortilla chips

Brown meat with taco seasoning (like you are making taco meat}. Let cc soften and put in the bottom of a casserole dish... put cooked taco meat on top of that... chop up some olives and jalepenos (to your liking} and put on that... put salsa on that as much as you like, next layer sour cream, and cheese on top.... That's it! Holly, even you could make this!

i have made Carolle's sweedish meatballs and Rudi's Mac N Crack...they are both delicious!
