Banana Bread- Martha Stewart...

Ingredients:
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs

1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup mashed very ripe bananas (I used 4 ripe bananas)
1/2 cup sour cream (*I substitute cream cheese)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350. Butter a 9x5x3" loaf pan or several smaller pans.

Bake 1 hour, until a cake tester comes out clean. Turn out onto a rack to cool.
